Yesterday, I asked Mom if I could have a tent ‘cos I’d seen Rosie and Arthur’s tents and thought they were brilliant. Mom said, that since I’d been such a good boy this week she’d do her best. Well to my amazement when Dad came home last night, he brought my new tent with him! Mom had phoned him and asked him to stop off and get me one – and even though he was busy, he did. Thanks Mom, Dad – you’re the best! So now I’m a happy camper too!
This is my tent – notice it’s got a fluffy cushion inside. Mom said I couldn’t take it outside straight away as it was too late in the evening.
First I checked it all out:

One thing is for sure, I’m a happy camper! What I am I gonna do today?
Carry on camping of course!

You do look like a happy camper, Milo. Will you really take yours outside? We do not enjoy our tent as much as we thought we would. We mostly use ours to hide our toys in now.

Well mostly I’ll play with it inside ‘cos Mom doesn’t let me out without a lead (she says I’m too preshuss). I do love to keep my toys in it already though!

Tents are fun! I hope you have fun camping. You might need to get a fishing pole toy now, because fishing is one thing you do when you go camping.

I’ve already got a sort of fishing toy but I’ve played with it so much it is almost worn out – so I’ll ask Mom to get me a new one! I better wait until next week though in case she thinks I’m too demanding! Tee hee!

Wow ! that is wonderful that you got one too ! how nice of your servants !! Rosie and Arthur play with the tents they push them around and lift them up and down. It’s not often that they really sit in there. It’s a beautiful tent you have got there !
