Hi Everybuddy! Alfie here!

The weather has been glorious here! Mom has now got a week’s holiday from work for Easter so Milo and I plan to spend quality time with her and dad.  We’ve been discussing our blog with mom and we’ve agreed we will post a catch up post once a week ~ rather than blogging several days running, as mom has been finding it takes too much time up. That way there will be more time for fun and we won’t lose touch with all our friends.  We will probably check the CB several times a week though ~ so we won’t miss anyone’s birthdays or important news. We thought this was a good compromise ~ as we didn’t want to give up our blog!

Ann at Zoolatry made us some lovely Easter pics ~ thanks Ann, we love them:

We would like to take this opportunity to remind you:

=^..^=

This is the Easter Egg tree our uncle (mom’s brother) grew ~ isn’t it amazing? We’re hoping there is a nip egg on there with our names on it!

I have been trying to grow an Easter Egg Tree too! But so far … no eggs on it!

It tastes good though!

Milo checks it our regularly too:

We’ve also been out and about every day enjoying the warm weather:

Here I am enjoying a roll on the garden path:

And Milo setting off for a walk down our long drive with dad:

Hope you all have a wonderful Easter weekend!

Hi friends!  Alfie here!

We’re having really mixed weather here ~ sunny and warm one day, cold or wet the next. :sigh:

So I sent my trusty assistant Milo outside to sniff for signs of Spring:

(hovva the mousie to read the secret messages)

We’re not allowed outside without a harness unless mom is with us ~ and then, only with her  spying on us   keeping an eye on us in the courtyard area which has a high wall we can’t get over!

Our Camellia is covered in buds and has lots of blooms out:

The buds managed to survive the January and February cold weather!  This pic was taken this week:

Here we are taking a well earned rest in a sunspot in our safe courtyard area:

Hope you managed to get outside this week!

Hi Efurrybuddy!

Since today is our Auntie’s birthday, I would like to start my post with

HAPPY BIRTHDAY Auntie!

Here’s a pic for you Auntie!

(hovva the mousie over the pics for the :secret: message)

And here is a pic of Milo assisting me with gardening duties:

Hopefully as Spring makes an appearance,

I can get mom to get her LAZY butt off the sofa and take some garden pics!

Hi efurrybuddy!

I’ve been checking out the front garden again for signs of Spring!

But as of yet …there’s not a lot happening ~ although the Camelias are still in bud and ALMOST ready to open.

The weather has been too cold for blossoms though …

So most of the time I stay inside in the warm and play wiv my bruvva Milo.

PS: Mom said to ignore the modified rug edge in the pic ~ Milo and I did that (:said boastfully:)
